To Elaine's family and extended family

It did not surprise me last evening at Elaine's service. The overflowing of friends family and acquantices and the love that was shared was evident. I wanted to say thank you to Vicky and Jim Conde for opening up their hearts, home, and generosity to her Aunt Elaine. Vicky and Jim's strength, patience, and love in caring for Aunt Elaine was appreciated by all and will never be forgotten. Love the "other " sister. JoAnn

I hope this is just for here, as I sent my condolences twice at the paper. When I didn't have any place to live, or any food, most of my friends didn't know it, but Elaine did. She used to bring me sandwiches at Charlies when I was there. Its so good to see all of you remembering Elaine, and the kindness that she really showed so many of us. When I finally got a job, Elaine congratulated me on buying some new clothes, and having one of May Carlson's Apts on Lancaster. We all drift apart, but I have never forgotten any of you. I have a picture of Elaine with a great big smile on her face, and that's how I will remember her. If any of you want to get in touch, my number is 904-721-2627. If not, please call 904-207-2134, and leave me a message so I can call you back. All of you were a part of some of the best times in my life. I thank you for it.

To Patty, Grace, Gaye, Maureen and Richard

My sincerest apologies for not being able to attend Elaine's service.

I would like to extend my condolences to all of you and let you know that I share your grief.

I still have the little stuffed doll with the beautiful note along with the photo of Patty, Grace, Elaine and Mary. They sit over my computer and have kept me company through good and bad times.

I will always cherish the wild and woolly days of growing up poorer than church mice and never knowing it because we had the love of life and the great adventure called down town Albany. I love you all.

Please call me and say hello. I would love to hear from you.

I first met Elaine when she was my mom's ( Adele Isen ) neighbor and friend at Heritage Village in Guilderland.

She soon became our friend too.

Elaine exhuded such wonderful energy, and a positive outlook on Life. She was always happy and pleasant and had a strong faith and trust in God .

She enjoyed my visits whenever I brought my two small dogs Cosmo and Midge to my mom's and always offered to watch them for us.

Last year we were lucky to visit Elaine and Denny in South Carolina. We were treated to dinner and she had made crate covers for the dogs as well as preparing a food care package for us when we left.

I feel blessed that Elaine called me when arriving at Voorheesville and blessed that I was even a small part of her large circle of friends and family

I am deeply saddened by her passing but I am sure Elaine would not want me to feel that way, knowing her upbeat look on Life.

Our sincere condolances to Denny and Elaine's family.

We wish you all comfort and peace .

Sincerely
Joan and Larry Ross

Gaye & Family:
I never met your sister Elaine, but I can appreciate what a loss you must feel after reading the beautiful description of her. I pray you find comfort in the memories you share and peace from the love that will continue to strenghten you as a family.
God Bless,
Karen Meyer
