BETHLEHEM, GA – Michael A. Gaudio, 77, of Bethlehem, Georgia passed away on February 28, 2023, surrounded by family. Mike was born January 3,1946 to Michele and Ida Gaudio in Albany, NY. After graduating from Albany High School in 1964 he attended Hudson Valley Community College before serving on USS Constellation and USS Coral Sea in the Navy during the Vietnam War. After enlistment, Mike worked briefly at Schaffer’s Brewery with his two brothers Patsy and Angelo before starting his career as a master plumber and steamfitter. He later went on to work at the NYS Department of Labor until his well-deserved retirement. In 1973, Mike married Donna LePine in Philadelphia, NY. Together they made a home in Voorheesville, NY where they raised their four children.

In addition to his parents, Mike was predeceased by his brother Patsy (Phyllis) Gaudio and granddaughter Ella Gaudio. He is survived by his beloved wife of 50 years, Donna; his children: Mike (Heather) Gaudio of Canton, GA, Marcia (Josh) Rousseau of Delmar, NY, Christina (Taylor) Baggott of Plumas County, CA, Nicholas (Stephanie) Gaudio of Milton, VT; his brother Angelo M. (Roberta) Gaudio of Guilderland, NY. He will be forever remembered and cherished by his six grandchildren: Christian Gaudio, Anthony Gaudio, Natalie Rousseau, Ryan Rousseau, Abigail Gaudio and Emma Gaudio; Mike was also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, April 5, 2023, at 10 a.m. in the Christ the King Church at 20 Sumter Avenue, Guilderland, NY, followed by inurnment services at Evergreen Memorial Park, 2150 Central Avenue Schenectady NY.
