Suzanne K. Clayton

LATHAM – Suzanne Koster Clayton, 81, of Latham, passed away on Saturday, March 5, 2016 in the Hospice Inn at St. Peter’s Hospital.  Suzanne was born in Beacon, and was a graduate of Alfred University.  She was employed by Sylvania Corp. in Rochester for a time, and later in her husband’s dental office.  She had lived in the Capital District for over fifty years, and was an active member of the First Church in Albany.

Suzanne was predeceased by her husband Dantan H. Clayton, DDS, in January.  She is survived by her son Gregory S. Clayton (Willow Zielenski) of Albany; her sisters Stephanie Graves (William) of Millbrook, and Anita Vitek of Springfield, MA; and by several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held in The First Church in Albany, 110 North Pearl St., Albany on Friday, March 18^th at 1:30 pm.  Interment services were held privately in Albany Rural Cemetery.  Arrangements have been entrusted to the Hans Funeral Home, Albany.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The First Church in Albany, 110 North Pearl St., Albany, NY 12207.  To leave a message of condolence for the family, please visit www.HansFuneralHome.com.
