Condolence from Leslie Brennan on January 24th, 2017 5:17 pm

Mary and Erin,

I am so sorry for your loss! Dick was an amazing man, always had a smile and a wise crack. I loved his stories of being a “pretend” patient for new doctors and will never forget that fateful wine tasting trip to the Gingerman where Dick announced we would have to head to McDonald’s afterwards to get some real food. Thank you for sharing him with us.

Much love, Leslie, Michael and Farrell

Condolence from The Cure Family on January 24th, 2017 7:59 pm

Dick was such a wonderful husband, father and friend to all of us! He had a wry sense of humor and a kind heart and a deep love for his family. After the Chicago Marathon, we made Dick walk up 17 floors because the elevators were broken and he was as cheerful as could be (although those of us that ran were hurting!).

Our families joined together through our children and through our children, we enjoyed so many great times! Heaven has welcomed a remarkable man and let’s hope that there is a heavenly golf course up there for Dick to enjoy until we all meet him again!

All our love and tons of hugs from the Cure family!
