Mary E. Dudla

CLIFTON PARK – Mary E. Dudla went home into the loving arms of her husband Paul on Wednesday, November 30, 2022.  She is now free to do all of the things with Paul that  she enjoyed most, like  gardening  and traveling to new and beautiful places.  Mary lived life to the fullest. She loved spending time with her sisters. Sundays were always spent with Carol enjoying  movies and her lunches with Margaret brought her so much happiness.  One of the things she enjoyed most was time in her garden and could often be found there happily working away.  She also enjoyed  spending time with her much loved children, grand children and great grand children and we are all so incredibly grateful  to have had her in our lives. We were all blessed by her devotion, encouragement  kindness, and wisdom .

She was loved by everyone, especially her family and friends and she will be sorely missed by all.  Mary dedicated her life to helping others as a registered nurse of over 50 years. Every single patient that she cared for were comforted by her, kindness and compassion.  She loved being a nurse and passed that desire to help others on to her grand daughter Adrienne who followed in her footsteps and  became a nurse.

Mary is survived by her sisters,  Carol (Richard) Oates and Margaret (Bud) Davies. Also by her beloved children, Aaron (Valerie) Dudla, Alan Dudla, Cecelia (Andrew) Reilly, William (Bich) Dudla and her grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

We would like to thank all of the physicians, nurses ,staff and hospice coordinators at Samaritan Hospital  for the excellent care and comfort that they provided to our Mom.  Mary’s final compassionate wish was that she be donated to the field of science. A celebration of her life will be held  on her Birthday in July of 2023.  To leave a message of condolence for the family, please visit www.HansFuneralHome.com .
