GUILDERLAND - It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our mother, Anne (Nychay) Beeler, who entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, July 7, 2026. Anne was born in Watervliet, New York, on August 6, 1925. She was a graduate of Watervliet High School and went on to work at the D&H Railroad in Albany until choosing to stay home to raise her family. She was a devout communicant of St. Vincent de Paul Church in Albany and the former Holy Cross Parish, where she was an active member of the church’s senior group.
Anne was predeceased by her husband, Edward C. Beeler, in 1986. She is survived by her four children: Judy Beeler, M.D. (Kenneth Eckels), Edward Beeler, PE (the late Sarah), Deborah Langley, M.S., R.D. (Hugh ), and John Beeler, PhD (Maureen); her grandchildren: E. Christopher Beeler, Esq. (Yvonne), Sarah Kathryn Bradford (Mark), Mary Genevieve Ostrowski (Maximillian), Thomson Beeler (Jenny), Edward Eckels, M.D., PhD (Victoria), Melissa Eckels, M.A.,CCC-SLP, Caitlin Robins (Miller), Marianne Beeler, Quinn Wood (Craig), Ryan Beeler, Shaundrika Langley-Grey, Ed.D (Samuel), Thalia Langley, M.S., LaToya Langley, LCSW, and Erin Langley, Esq. (Ranga) . She also leaves behind 19 cherished great-grandchildren and many dear Fedorchak cousins.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Vincent de Paul Church on Friday, July 17, 2026 at 10AM. Burial will follow in St. Nicholas Cemetery, Watervliet. Calling hours will take place at Hans Funeral Home, 1088 Western Ave., Albany on Friday, July 17, 2026 from 8:30-9:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Capital City Rescue Mission, 259 South Pearl Street, Albany, NY 12202.(www.capitalcityrescuemission.org).
