Gee” to her family) was suddenly taken from us on March 13, 2016.  She was born in Albany on October 9, 1969 to Michael and Marie Smith.  Alicia was a 1986 graduate of Guilderland High School.  Shortly after graduating, Alicia went to California to pursue her career in modeling, personal training, body building and acting. She even made an appearance in the hit show Doogie Howser. Alicia was a personal trainer at the prestigious Linda Evans Fitness Center.  While pursuing her dreams she also attended West Valley College earning her Associate’s degree. Alicia was an avid animal lover who rescued many cats.  She was a huge fan of music and spending time with family especially at the annual Smith family picnic.  Alicia had a heart of gold always willing to help anyone in need.  She had a sense of humor and an infectious laugh. Alicia was greatly loved, and will be truly missed by all.

Alicia is survived by her son Nicholas whom she adored more than anything in this world and who was the light of her life; her mother Marie Smith and stepmother Patricia Smith; and her siblings Tricia, Michael (Nancy), Sheila (Jim), Robert (Mikiyo), and Katrina (Brian).  She was the companion of Gary Shimada and a long time friend of Mike Andrews; and is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.  Alicia was recently predeceased by her father Michael Sr., who she loved dearly, and her sister Tina Marie Smith.
