
ALBANY – Muriel B. Sunkin, 85, of Albany, formerly of Clifton Park, died Friday, July 23, 2010. Mrs. Sunkin was born in Brooklyn and lived in West Hartford, Connecticut until moving to Clifton Park. Her great pleasures in life were her family, as well as art, literature and film.
Mrs. Sunkin was predeceased by her husband David Sunkin, M.D., and her aunt Liby Pargament. She is survived by her sons and their wives Joel Sunkin, Ph.D. (Beth) of Brentwood, CA, Arthur Sunkin, M.D. (Susan) of Loudonville, and Matthew Sunkin (Sandra) of Sterling, VA; her grandchildren Rebecca Sunkin, Jonathan Sunkin (Kelley), Elisabeth, Hilary and Alexander Sunkin, and Jessica and Emily Sunkin; and her brothers Michael and Richard Pargament.
Funeral services will be held privately at the convenience of the family. There will be no calling hours. Interment will be in Beth David Cemetery, Elmont, NY. To leave a message of condolence for the family please visit www.HansFuneralHome.com .

I only just found this sad news while trying to find you Artie. Wow, Joel, Artie, Matt, I am soooo sorry to read this news, and to be so late in acknowledging our loss.
So much of my history is mingled with you re: holidays.
..arguments, politics, peace, medicare, Mattie, food, lovelives, growing up, growing away.. everything.
I miss you all.
Dad died in ’99 and Mom has Alzheimer’s. Jim live in IA, and I live in WA. My folks followed me out here soon after I moved 3k away. The more things change….
