Marilyn A. Morris

ALBANY – Marilyn A. Kingston Morris, 81, of Albany, passed away Tuesday, April 8, 2014 in the Hospice Inn at St. Peter’s Hospital.  Marilyn was born in Massillon, OH, but lived most of her life in Albany.  She was a graduate of Philip Schuyler High School, and was employed for many years by the Sterling Winthrop Co. in Rensselaer.  Later she was employed by Doran’s Transportation and by Watkins Spring Co.

Marilyn is survived by her beloved husband Charles E. Morris; her brothers Donald Kingston of Rotterdam, and Thomas Kingston (Diane) of Albany; her aunt Mae Kingston of Delmar; and by several cousins and nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held in the Hans Funeral Home, 1088 Western Ave., Albany, Thursday morning at 10:00.  Relatives and friends are invited, and may call at the funeral home Thursday morning beginning at 9:30.  Interment will be in Graceland Cemetery, Albany.  The family suggests memorial contributions to The Community Hospice, mailed to The Community Hospice Foundation, 295 Valley View Blvd., Rensselaer, NY 12144.  To leave a message of condolence for the family, send a sympathy card, or obtain directions to the funeral home, please visit www.HansFuneralHome.com.
