
GUILDERLAND – Linda Louise Carberry passed away peacefully at home in her sleep on Monday, August 5, 2019. Linda was a professional caregiver who was devoted to her daughter and granddaughter. She loved the Buffalo Bills, concerts, cooking and her family. Linda had a great sense of humor and could always make us laugh with her wisecracks, jokes and stories.
Linda was predeceased by her brother Patrick Carberry. She is survived by her daughter Bernadette Butterworth; her granddaughter Dakota Liddle; her long -time partner Jami Clark; her parents Jerry and Bev Carberry; her sisters Kathy Dillon (Jeffrey), Colleen Moller (Jeffrey), Peggy Carberry Brosnan (Tim Vedder), and Mary Moller (Randy); and by many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held in the Hans Funeral Home, 1088 Western Ave., Albany, Saturday morning at 11:30 a.m. Relatives and friends are invited, and may call at the funeral home after the service from 12:00 noon to 1:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a special needs trust for her daughter Bernadette and an education trust for Dakota.
