
ALBANY – Joseph Henri St. Onge, 74, succumbed to Covid related complications on Wednesday, July 15, 2020. A graduate of SUNY Albany with a BA in Business, Joe enjoyed a successful career specializing in crude oil commodities for Tenneco, a Fortune 500 company. If you were lucky enough to know Joe, you knew he was an easy-going, kind man, with a passion for all sports; especially baseball, golf and the horses.
Joe was predeceased by his parents Godfrey Joseph and Fabiola St. Onge; his sisters and their husbands Joan Coyne (Charlie) and Lucille Foster (Bob); and by his brother-in-law Patrick Ravida. He is survived by his loving wife of 53 years Margaret Ravida St. Onge; his loving daughters Christine St. Onge and Michelle St. Onge Russo; his brother-in-law Anthony J. Ravida of Hollywood, FL; his grandchildren Ava, Nila, and Lillian Russo, and Nicole Multari; and by many nieces and nephews.
A special thank you to Brenda McKinnon, a dedicated aide, who provided love, laughter and care over the last five years. Many thanks to Sr. Mary Frederick Coyne for her many visits and spiritual guidance that always provided a needed comfort.
Funeral services will be held privately. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Hans Funeral Home, Albany. My condolences to the St.Onge family. I would visit Joe w flowers at Christmas and Easter times from All Saints Catholic Church. I also would write hm cards during various holidays, Thanksgiving, Valentines, etc. we would sit and chat a little, so pleasant and always w a smile. If I remember correctly I believe he said he graduated from Vincentian Inst, HS where all my siblings also graduated,
