Frederick Farrand

ALBANY – Frederick Farrand, 70, of Albany, passed away on Sunday, December 16, 2018, at the Albany County Nursing Home.  Frederick was born in Albany and lived here all his life.  He was employed by the Albany County Dept. of Social Services.

Frederick was predeceased by his parents H. Frances Cain Farrand, and Robert I. Farrand, and by his brothers Thomas W. Farrand and John M. Farrand.  He is survived by his siblings Robert W. Farrand of McLean, VA, Nancy (Kenneth) Miller of Chittenango, NY, and Elizabeth (John) Flanagan of Hilton Head, SC; and by many nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
