Please know that Frank “FM” and I were great friends in VA 12 for all of his time in the service and mine. We were plane captains together. He drove from Rochester to Jacksonville Fla. the day that I was discharged and we drove back to Rochester having a great road trip together. I visited him several times after and as the years passed we drifted apart. We exchanged cards and old VA 12 photos several times. I am very saddened to find that he has passed. He was and still is in my heart and will always be part of the fabric of my life.
    God Bless him
    Barry Smith “BJ”
