I wanted to say a few words about a wonderful man. I worked with Evan for about 15 years at the PSC. Over the years, I got to know Evan as a really funny man. He always looked so stoic but would throw a zinger in from time to time that would just take you by surprise and make your day. In talking with Evan about my years at the PSC, we discussed another PSC employee that I had worked with that had passed away, Harold Singleton. Both men were cut from the same cloth – loyal, friendly, wonderful people to know. Evan will be missed but always in our hearts and minds.
