ALBANY – Donald Richard Adams, 74, of Albany, passed away on Wednesday, March 29, 2023. He was employed by the New York State Department of Taxation & Finance.
Donald is survived by his loving daughter Samantha Adams; his brother Robert L. Adams (Nancy); and his nephews Michael and Bradley Adams. He was predeceased by his parents Catherine T. Adams and Robert Lee Adams.
