Sad to see that Don has passed away…I too knew Don at the Poestenkill airport in the 70’s when I worked and flew there…great flight instructor and great guy with a great sense of humor…I have his signature all over my logbooks!
And I always remember that road trip that Joan, Don and I took to Nebraska to see her family.Made a big impression on me, so much that I moved out west in 1975…thanks for the memories.
