My condolences to the Mendel family, Chuck Sr., Annie, Elaine, Pauly, Chuckie Jr., Shannon, Ken and Leah. Your son, brother and Dad will be missed dearly.
Chuck had the biggest heart and always gave without question, he opened his home to anyone and brought us all together as a family. He looked out for me when I was young kid, took care, of me and did the same to my daughter Leah , I won’t forget the kindness you gave. I will cherish memories of those times at the house, in the yard, all of us laughing and enjoying life together. Thank you for everything dear brother Chuck! R.I.P.

Chuck it was a total shock when I heard you had passed. I had the pleasure of knowing you and family for over 40 years. We worked hand and hand together at CDTA and on the union board together. We were a force to be reckoned with . We stood and fought together for those who couldn’t. We became friends or should I say family. We encountered and went through a lot together. I must say I’m going to miss you my friend but never will I forget you. Your partner in crime and friend Karl to we meet again.

You will all be in my thoughts and prayers today. I am so sorry for your loss. Chucky was a great guy. Always smiling, funny as heck. A great dad and family man. I actually met him way before I married his cousin. The good old lamp post. We always had allot of laughs. Chucky was a wonderful friend to so many. I was shocked when I heard he had passed. Continued prayers and healing for the family. May he rest in peace. Give Kev a kiss for me when you see him.

So very sad to hear. Chucky will be remembered as always upbeat and smiling, a great dad and cousin. Although I haven’t seen him in a while, I can always look back and recall all the great times we had growing up.
    Rest in peace Chuck.
