Dear Aunt Sophie, Theresa and Mary:
So sorry I couldn't be there today to say goodbye to my godfather. I will miss him. During our phone conversations he always told me the latest about the family...you and his grandchildren. He was so proud of all of you. My love to all. Give Aunt Sophie a hug for me and I hope to see her soon.

My heart aches for the family of Stanley for he was so dearly loved. He had such a beautiful spirit and anyone who was lucky enough to know him was very fortunate. Stanley was a very extraordinary person and will be missed by many people. In the short time I knew Stanley I learned a lot about him. He was so open and willing to share about himself and his life. He would always say that he was lucky and it is true because he had the right attitude about living life. He taught me to recognize when I too was lucky.. and I was,,, to have had some time in his company. I will miss him. I send my love and deepest condolences to his family who loved him and know that this special man made the world better than he found it. What a gift to the world he was.
